This delightful Auberge in Western France is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Staying at Le Moulin due Chemin is much like staying with friends - without the pressure to help with the washing up and take them out to dinner! This delightful Auberge is in the middle of tranquil country, yet easy to reach for a week's holiday. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, birdwatching, horse riding, or just exploring in your car.

 

Accommodation is in comfortable, en-suite rooms and the price of your stay includes all meals and an excellent selection of local wines (your host enjoys introducing you to his extensive cellar).

 

Stays during the summer run from Sunday to Saturday (6-nights) and in the Spring and Autumn there is the option to stay for a long weekend.

 

If you are a keen horse rider there are some much loved, and forward-going horses which are suitable for experienced riders (this is at an extra charge), plus natural horsemanship clinics on certain dates.

 

How to get there: Le Moulin is near Niort and can be reached either by air to La Rochelle, by train to Niort station, or you can take your own car on the ferry. Please ask us to assist you with your travel arrangements.

Everyone is busy with their own activities during the day so it is fun to get together in the evening and chat through the various places visited that day.
